Option 1 — Register for Lutherland Tour and make a financial pledge to the Old Latin School.

• The tour registration fee of $2,540 includes lodging, 18 meals, land transportation in Germany, gratuities, and all admission fees at tour attractions.

• An initial tour deposit of U.S. $500 per person is due by check after registering. The remaining $2,040 per person balance is due by May 27, 2024. If applicable, an additional $750 for a single room is also due by that date.

• Each tour attendee will make a financial commitment of $3,000 (over the next three years) to support The Old Latin School in Wittenberg, Germany.

Option 2 — Make a financial pledge to the Old Latin School.

• Each tour attendee will make a financial commitment of $3,000 (over the next three years) to support The Old Latin School in Wittenberg, Germany.

The basic registration fee of $2,540 is based on double-occupancy rooms at all hotels. Single rooms are available for an additional $750.

Registrants are required to make their own travel arrangements to/from Germany.

• To avoid airline cancellation penalties, you may wish to purchase your airline tickets after you have been notified that the required minimum of 30 participants has registered for the tour.
  
  
• In order to join the group hotel transfer, you should plan to arrive at the Franz Josef Strauss International Airport in Munich, Germany (MUC) no later than noon on Aug. 24, 2024.
  
  
• As soon as you make your flight arrangements, please send your flight itinerary to tour registrar Georgia Endicott at [email protected].
  
  
• Please make sure to give yourselves enough time (2-hour minimum) to go through any customs screening during all of your flights. This may help prevent a missed flight. Note that time to process through customs may vary by airport.

The entire tour, a portion of it, or individual tour members may be cancelled with the following parameters:

• Cancellation by May 31, 2024 — Full payment refund minus the $500 deposit fee (this fee will be donated to the OLS).
  
  
• Cancellation by June 14, 2024 — Payment refund minus 20% fee.
  
  
• Cancellation by July 12, 2024 — Payment refund minus 40% fee.
  
  
• Cancellation by Aug. 15, 2024 — Payment refund minus 70% fee.
  
  
• Cancellation between Aug. 16–23, 2024, or no-show — No refund.

Group rates are subject to change if the size of the group varies due to cancellation. In the event that Christian Tours Europe must cancel this tour, or if government restrictions do not allow us to run the program as planned, participants will receive a full refund, including the $500 deposit.

To avoid processing fees and to keep costs at a minimum, all payments are required to be paid by check.

I understand that the per-person cost covers land transportation in Germany, double-occupancy accommodation, 18 meals, European standards, and all attractions cited in the program. If applicable, a $750 single-room-occupancy fee will be charged. The tour costs include only the land arrangements for travel in Europe. Air service to/from Europe must be arranged and paid for by the traveler(s).

Notice of Responsibility Waiver Form
